Founder & CEO
With more than 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur and executive with international companies, Marina brings strategic vision, leadership, and a lifelong passion for design to Dell Anno Charlotte. Holding an MBA, she founded the showroom with a clear purpose: to create highly personalized spaces that enhance the way people live.
For Marina, great design goes beyond aesthetics. It is about understanding how people live and creating spaces that feel personal, functional, and restorative. A passionate traveler, she draws much of her inspiration from discovering different cultures, places, and ways of living around the world. As a mother of three sons and grandmother of two, family is her greatest inspiration—and her belief that home should be a place to reconnect, recharge, and create meaningful memories guides everything she does.
Lucas Muhs Hotzendorf
Commercial Manager
With over 15 years of sales experience, including 8 years in the natural stone industry throughout the Carolinas, Lucas Muhs Hotzendorf is passionate about helping clients bring their dream homes to life.
As Commercial Manager, Lucas is dedicated to building lasting relationships with new clients and guiding them through every step of the journey. From the initial showroom tour to understanding each client’s lifestyle, preferences, and vision, he ensures that every experience is personal, enjoyable, and tailored to their needs. His goal is to help clients confidently envision their future space while making the entire process seamless and rewarding.
As the father of two children, Joey and Alice, Lucas has developed an even deeper appreciation for the importance of home. He believes a home is much more than a beautiful space. It’s where families create memories, recharge after busy days, and spend meaningful time together. This perspective inspires his commitment to helping clients design spaces that are not only functional and elegant but also truly feel like home.

Leonardo Muhs Giuriato
Project Manager
As Project Manager at Dell Anno Charlotte, Leo combines a lifelong passion for design with a solution-oriented approach to delivering exceptional client experiences. From an early age, he was captivated by architecture and interiors, a curiosity that evolved into a career dedicated to helping bring beautiful, functional environments to life. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business, Leo pairs creative vision with a sharp, global perspective on every project.
His extensive travels have exposed him to a wide range of design philosophies, but Brazilian design remains his greatest inspiration. Its seamless balance of elegance, warmth, and innovation resonates deeply with Leo, making him especially proud to represent Dell Anno’s heritage in the Charlotte market. Known for his ability to think creatively and approach challenges from fresh angles, he believes every project is an opportunity to create spaces that are not only visually striking, but also practical and personal.
Laura Dal Mas
Project Coordinator
Architect with over ten years of experience in interior design, custom cabinetry, and technical project development. She specializes in creating highly detailed solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and technical precision.
Throughout her career, Laura has worked extensively in the North American market, collaborating with architects, designers, manufacturers, and homeowners on high-end residential projects. Her experience includes technical design, project coordination, manufacturing documentation, quality review, and professional training, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the design process from concept through installation.
Naturally curious, Laura is driven to understand how things work and find thoughtful solutions to complex design challenges. She believes that travel, cultural exposure, and collaboration with professionals from diverse backgrounds broaden perspectives and inspire more intentional ways of thinking, ultimately leading to stronger design decisions. Known for her attention to detail and collaborative approach, she combines creative vision with technical rigor to create spaces that are refined, purposeful, and designed to perform beautifully over time.
